Body Parts Analysis

When I begin a session, I assess each body part with the help of the client. If you are reading this, you might begin by assessing your own body. To do this, first sit quietly on the floor. You may also lie down. Take a deep breath in, and exhale through your mouth. I would like you to do this for a few minutes in a quiet place. Your nervous system needs it. Then, place your hand on your belly while you are doing this to enhance the SENSATION of your existence. Then, "check in' (i will explain how to do this later) with yourself and ask yourself, "what body part is needing some attention right now?". It could be your neck, shoulders, feet, whatever.

Then, When you arrive at that place, I would like you to concentrate deeply and take more deep breaths thus bringing more and more oxygen into that muscle. Stay tuned for the rest...
